Practice makes perfect
We have worked with this Chelsea dental practice many times in the last few years, helping to keep this magnificent London terrace building well maintained and structurally sound.
We have painted, plumbed and fixed various rooms inside the building.
Soon we will be doing a complete internal decoration.
Electrifying
The first job that we carried out for Number 8 Partnership was a complete electrical re-fit and upgrade, including new lighting and fire alarm.
To avoid disruption the electrical work was done at weekends as it is a busy dental practice. That alone was a huge job.
Wiring doesn’t photograph well, so instead, here's a photo of the practice's pet tortoise.
We are currently doing an intensive external refurbishment which includes Heli-bar structural supports to fix cracked arches over many windows and extensive protective lead work.
The first stage is brick cleaning and sealing, extensive stabilisation work on the copping stones and brickwork, brick re-pointing, window repair and painting.
The photos show some of the bricks before and after cleaning.
Rooftop renovation
We cleaned, repointed and leaded the brickwork and tiling on the top of the building.
Cleaning the front
We cleaned and repointed the brickwork facing the street.
